Welcome!
Thank you for visiting. My name is Kyra and I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, offering virtual therapy in English.

My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and somatic (body-based) — drawing from different psychotherapy modalities. I work from an anti-oppressive framework and am affirming of all gender identities and expressions, sexualities, races, and ethnicities.

I completed my master’s degree in Psychology at Adler in Canada and incorporate creativity into therapy, based on art therapy training from Metàfora in Spain.
Accompanying youth and adults who express themselves differently has shaped how I attune to a person’s unique ways of being.

I look forward to meeting you
